• MBA desirable in Health Publics, Health Economics, Market Access.
• Development of client-centered value propositions.
• Strategic thinking and ecosystem building with partnerships.
• Influence in sales strategy and consultative selling.
• Experience in managing innovation and solution design.
• Structured execution with governance and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Market Shaping: monitor public market trends and identify early development opportunities.
• Provide strategic recommendations for market access design and institutional entry.
• Lead Institutional Access: ensure procurement requirements and expand coverage.
• Design institutional access strategies and ROI-driven value proposals for payors.
• Translate clinical value into budgetary arguments for decision makers.
