Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an entry-level Associate Mechanical Engineer to support product and mechanical design activities, perform engineering analyses, and develop and analyze technical data.

You will contribute to design validation, testing, and continuous improvement while learning Carrier processes and manufacturing practices. The role targets candidates with a university degree and up to 2 years of experience, offering growth in a global climate and energy solutions company.

Formación

• Requires theoretical knowledge obtained through a University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Limited knowledge of Carrier products, manufacturing processes, and organization.
• University Degree or equivalent.
• Less than 2 years of relevant engineering experience.

Responsabilidades

• Conducting mechanical engineering activities related to product design, development, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collecting and analyzing engineering data, identifying findings and providing recommendations as appropriate.
• Executing engineering processes using established procedures and standard work, including testing, verification, and qualification activities.
• Supporting product cost reduction, quality improvement, manufacturability, and reliability initiatives.
• Identifying potential technical, schedule, or cost risks within assigned projects and contributes to implementing effective solutions.
