Baker Hughes is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to contribute to drill bit design and manufacturing packages using 3-D modelling and data management systems. The role interfaces with Product Line Management, Operations, Manufacturing and Technology to improve product performance and process efficiency.

You will document lessons learned with cross-functional teams, support Manufacturing with problem solving, and ensure all activities comply with HSE, Quality, Legal and cultural pillars.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• 2–5 years of experience.
• Experience with 3D CAD systems.
• Awareness of FEA and CFD principles.
• Fluent in English, for both oral and written.

Responsabilidades

• Create drill bit design and manufacturing packages using 3D modelling and data management systems.
• Interface with Product Line Management, Operations, Manufacturing and Technology to improve product performance and process efficiency.
• Document and share lessons learned with cross-functional groups.
• Support Manufacturing with problem solving and issue resolution.
• Ensure activities comply with HSE, Quality, Legal Compliance and Cultural pillars.
