Formación

  • 5 to 6 years of experience mainly in FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, or Cost Management.
  • English fluency required.
  • Experience in analyzing or forecasting Profit and Loss results.

Responsibilities
The Opportunity

Andean and SoCo Cost & Opex modelling Consolidation Coordinator will play a key role in the Andean and SoCo direct profit planning, reporting and control. This role is responsible for providing a cost world class Global Business Service (GBS) for Mexico (all BU's). Responsible of elaborating cost analysis, actuals understanding and forecasting across PMF with special focus on direct cost and the consolidation of cost model. Interact and become business partner for OUs commercial finance and FP&A, deliver accurate information to lead decision making process and ensure cost Service Level Agreements (SLAs) fulfillment.

Primary Responsibilities & Value Contribution
  • Lead the consolidation and visibility of COGS and Opex processes at the operational unit level (aggregated across markets), providing actionable insights and reporting for OU CFOs.
  • Enhance granularity and control within the productivity tracking process, ensuring accurate flow and validation of initiatives and savings.
  • Accelerate transformation and harmonization of financial processes across SoCo and Andinos, aligning with enterprise-wide goals for simplification and standardization.
Operational Impact & Alignment with Company Priorities
  • Drive the consolidation of COGS and Opex across SoCo and Andinos, enabling clear visibility into key cost drivers and execution plans.
  • Support the company's strategic priority of achieving Net Zero Inflation by ensuring robust tracking and alignment of productivity and operational plans.
Process Harmonization & Financial Governance
  • Lead the harmonization of Opex processes for SoCo, mirroring the structured approach used in Andinos but shifting from country-level to P&L line-level analysis.
  • Centralize and streamline the consolidation of base costs, investments, productivity initiatives, allocations, and S&T expenses to enable full E2E visibility of spending.
Digital Enablement & Reporting Automation
  • Develop and manage a Power BI dashboard to visualize monthly variations across scenarios, sub-groupings, accounts, and cost owners.
  • Respond to recurring requests from OU CFOs for scenario-based analysis by replacing manual file creation with automated, scalable reporting tools.
Productivity Process Development
  • Design and implement a robust productivity tracking framework to monitor actuals and forecasts, ensuring visibility into where savings are landing.
  • Enable standardized reporting of rate inflation by P&L line and account, improving transparency and decision‑making across finance and operations.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
  • 5 to 6 years of experience mainly in FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, Sales Finance or Cost Management
  • Financial acumen, and knowledge of PEP finance P&L drivers
  • Proven record in delivering strategic change, results and customer expectations
  • University degree in Business; Accounting Designation / MBA an asset but not required
  • English fluency required
  • Exceptional Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are a key requirement
  • Previous Essbase software experience an asset
  • Experience in consumer products industry an asset
  • Strong customer relations, interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong technical, problem‑solving, planning, and analytical skills
  • Experience in analyzing or forecasting Profit and Loss results
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
