Celestica in Mexico (Apodaca) seeks a Materials Program Management specialist to coordinate production and shipment plans across procurement and planning. You will interface with customers and internal teams, identify improvements, and guide change implementations to sustain supply continuity.

You will lead discussions on schedules, costs and engineering changes, ensuring contract terms align with SCM capabilities and performance targets. Bachelor's degree required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; relevant SCM experience preferred.
• Strong planning, organization and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and align supply chain actions with business goals.

Responsabilidades

• Interfaces with Business Office, Production, Procurement, Planning and customers to align production/shipments plans with business goals.
• Identifies process improvements and participates in their design and implementation.
• Coordinates with planning on customer requirements and feasibility and supports new product introductions.
• Negotiates with customers on schedules, costs and change implementation in collaboration with SCM.
• Reviews terms of Celestica/Customer contracts to assess SCM capabilities and risks.
