Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. is seeking a Supply Planner to drive medium- to long-term material planning (9-12 months) across assigned suppliers and materials.

You will forecast requirements, raise requisitions, and identify risks and opportunities in mid-term supply plans, escalating as needed. You will partner with procurement to optimize materials, monitor KPIs, and implement improvements in planning to boost fill rate and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods environment is preferred.
• Experience in an IBP/S&OP environment to coordinate supply plans.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop short- and long-term materials planning for items produced internally and externally.
• Meet KPIs including inventory levels, schedule compliance, and material write-offs.
• Perform root-cause analysis for continual planning improvements.
• Maintain data integrity in planning systems and collaborate with procurement.

You will deliver on the medium- to long-term (9-12 months)forecast of material requirements tosuppliers and activities related tomid- to long-term material requirements for assigned suppliers/materials across the region. How you will contribute

• Develop short- and long-term materials planning for items producedinternally and externally
• Meet your KPIs including (but not limited to) raw/pack inventory levels, compliance to schedule(CTS), material write off
• Perform root-cause analysis forcontinuous improvement of the plan
• Maintain the integrity of system data and information for supply/materialsplanning
• Partner with procurement for material optimization
• Support and implement improvements in the planning arena to improve customer fillrate, inventory targets, and waste reduction to meet company KPIs
