AUMOVIO in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a Materials/Procurement Specialist to ensure continuous supply of raw materials for production. You will manage SAP data, coordinate with suppliers, and monitor stock levels to minimize costs.

The role requires a engineering degree and at least 2 years in materials or supply chain, with strong Excel skills and experience in SAP or similar ERP systems; on-site work is expected.

Formación

• 2 years in related field (materials, demand planner, supply chain)
• Excel is strong and used regularly
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems

Responsabilidades

• Assure correct and efficient supply of raw material for production; maintain stock levels and minimize costs
• Procure raw materials on time by communicating with suppliers and optimizing time and costs
• Set up and maintain Materials in SAP according to plant demands
• Collaborate with Demand Planner on Ramp up/Phase out programs
• Monitor material shortage risk and shipment overruns; escalate supplier delays as needed
• Handle Return Material Authorization and track KPI observables
