A leading industrial technology company located in Nuevo León, Mexico is looking for a Materials Planner. In this role, you will analyze supply plans and actual orders to determine material requirements. You'll be responsible for requisitioning materials through Oracle, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring production needs are met. With your communication and data maintenance skills, you'll contribute significantly to our efficiency and cost-effectiveness in material management.

Formación

• 1-2+ years experience as a Material Planner or similar related experience.
• English proficiency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze supply plan and compare it to actual orders.
• Submit material requisitions based on Supply Plan.
• Interpret Supply Plan material requests effectively.
• Maintain Kanban Loops Updated using Std Deviation Kanban Formula.
• Create ISO / Internal Orders and monitor delivery.
• Decide on Pull in / Push out based on Supply Plan.

Job Summary

As a Materials Planner at our company, your role involves analyzing the supply plan and comparing it to actual orders to determine the materials that need to be requisitioned through Oracle. You will be responsible for interpreting the supply plan to accurately forecast material requirements, ensuring that production and customer needs are met. Additionally, you will play a key part in optimizing inventory levels, maintaining the right balance between supply and demand to minimize excess or shortage of materials. Your proficiency with Oracle will be critical in effectively managing the requisition process and maintaining accurate inventory records. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our material procurement and inventory management processes.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Responsible for submitting the material requisitions based on Supply Plan information.
• Responsible of interpreting the Supply Plan material requests. Analyzing data related to material usage, inventory levels.
• Black dot on Inventory Reduction Initiatives
• Maintain the Kanban Loops Updated using Std Deviation Kanban Formula.
• Maintain the MRP /KB Items within the SS required.
• Create ISO / Internal Orders and monitor delivery.
• Planning Category ( MRP/ KB/DSY) and Inter Div Sourcing Rulers. Inter Div Parameters Maintenance
• Make decisions about Pull in / Push out (Requisitions) based on Supply Plan.
