Responsabilidades

• The analyst will support functional areas day-to-day operations: Customer Returns (RMA), RMA Credits, RMA PRN Resolution, Failure Analysis / Quality Feedback Systems (QFS), Warranty Repairs, Factory Drop Ship Billing.
• Support root cause investigations and process improvement initiatives by leveraging data and business insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
• Communicate analytical findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to stakeholders.
• Document business processes, procedures, requirements, and training materials to support standardization and knowledge management.
