Polaris Inc. in Monterrey is seeking a Materials Flow Engineer to design and optimize material movement across the Monterrey operations. You will focus on improving internal logistics, line-side delivery, packaging flow, and visual management tools to support productive, safe manufacturing.

You will collaborate with production, planning and warehouse teams, analyze data using Excel/Power BI, and implement scalable solutions that align with production needs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or materials flow.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.

Responsabilidades

  • Design and implement material flow systems to support production efficiency.
  • Optimize line-side delivery, packaging layout, and visual aids.
  • Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
  • Support inbound logistics and internal part distribution.
  • Collaborate with teams to align material flow with production schedules.
