Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and release the short-term production schedule for presses, ensuring on-time compliance with the production plan and coordinating with Materials, Production, Logistics, and Engineering.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Production Planning experience, a Bachelor's degree, and intermediate English. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP (MRP/MPS) is required, with manufacturing/automotive exposure a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.

• Knowledge and/or experience with MRP/MPS (SAP).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Production Planning.

Responsabilidades

• Build the daily production schedule, sequencing part numbers to minimize disruptions across material supply, tooling, and assembly.
• Monitor and drive actions to prevent/mitigate impacts to production volume due to shortages or constraints.
• Adjust the schedule based on material supply, production/maintenance constraints, and customer requirements.
• Release the daily schedule to Production, Line Supply, Material Expediting, and Logistics teams with clear sequencing information.
• Ensure customer requirements are met on time per the production plan.
• Participate in new product introductions, supplier changes, and engineering changes as per passport process.
• Track attainment metrics, log findings, and implement standard solutions.

About the role

As a Master Scheduler, you will develop and release the short-term production schedule for our presses, ensuring on-time compliance with the production plan while monitoring the supply chain to anticipate and prevent disruptions to production flow. You'll be a critical link between Materials, Production, Logistics, and Engineering—keeping our operations running smoothly and our customer commitments on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Building the daily production schedule, sequencing part numbers to minimize operational disruptions across material supply, tooling, and assembly
• Monitoring and driving actions to prevent or reduce impacts to planned production volume and sequence due to material shortages or production constraints
• Adjusting the production schedule based on material supply constraints, production and maintenance restrictions, special customer requirements, and, when strictly necessary, production delays
• Releasing the daily schedule to Production, Line Supply, Material Expediting, and Logistics teams, communicating manufacturing sequence and relevant information
• Ensuring customer requirements are met on time (required week/day) and in accordance with the production plan
• Actively participating in new product introduction projects, supplier changes, and engineering changes per passport process
• Tracking Attainment metrics, logging findings and process escapes, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing standard solutions where possible

Requirements

We are looking for people who are analytical, results-driven, and strong communicators, with a customer focus and a collaborative mindset.

• As a minimum you must have:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Intermediate English proficiency
  • Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge and/or experience with MRP/MPS (SAP)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Production Planning
• Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
  • Experience in manufacturing/automotive industry
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
