British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Planning & Prioritization Analyst in Monterrey

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ability to synthesis large amounts of information to generate observations
• Develop data analysis with a high level of accuracy
• Filter and clean data in such a way to provide uniformity and standardization across different informational sets
• Understanding of programming tools is preferred (Python, R, Alteryx, Knime, Dataiku, Databricks)
• Use of Data Visualization Tools and development of dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) is desired
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MicroStrategy, and the ability to quickly learn and use cloud-based third-party applications
• Excellent English written, oral and presentation communication skills.
• Must have a strong work ethic and desire to learn.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree required, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration or Engineering preferred
• At least 1 year of professional experience, 1+ years in data analytics, revenue management, pricing, promotions, customer planning, sales strategy, or strategic planning with emphasis on Tobacco industry or FMCGs is desirable. Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Exposure to tools like SQL, Power BI, Databricks and MicroStrategy
• Knowledge and experience in extracting, validating, and reviewing data; Strong attention to detail
• Time management skills with an ability to adhere to strict deadlines and deliverables
• Demonstrated strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to communicate complex information in a consolidated and straightforward way
• Must be able to manage confidential information
