• Proficient in MS Office and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end routing and compliance review of new materials in Veeva PromoMats.
• Review artwork against forms to ensure edits and governance standards.
• Assist audit readiness by tracking KPIs and metrics.
• Monitor workload and timelines with marketing teams.
• Generate lifecycle reports to assess withdrawals or approvals.
• Coordinate with external agencies for proofs and regulatory submissions.
• Onboard new users and support SOPs for Project Skyline governance.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
