The Role

As Marketing Manager, you are the chief storyteller and guardian of the Bitso brand. Your mission is to build a brand that resonates with millions across Latin America, transforming crypto into a trusted, accessible financial tool for daily life.

What You’ll Do
  • Brand Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the comprehensive brand marketing strategy and annual plan to drive brand awareness, affinity, and consideration in our key markets, with a major focus on the Mexican market.
  • Campaign Orchestration: Lead the end-to-end development of integrated, multi-channel brand campaigns—from initial concept to execution and reporting.
  • Visionary Execution across channels: OOH, digital video, audio, sponsorships, and experiential events.
  • Creative Partnership: Craft insightful creative briefs and partner with in-house studio and external agencies to develop breakthrough campaigns and memorable brand assets.
  • Brand Governance: Champion brand consistency across all touchpoints, develop, maintain, and socialize brand guidelines, and serve as the go-to expert for brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
  • Measurement & Insights: Own brand health measurement, define key metrics, and use market research, social listening, and campaign analytics to derive insights that inform strategy and prove ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Performance Marketing to align brand initiatives with growth objectives and partner with Product Marketing to translate product features into compelling narratives.
  • Partnerships & Activations: Identify and manage strategic brand partnerships, sponsorships, and activations that align with our mission and introduce Bitso to new audiences.
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing with a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns for consumer-facing brands.
  • Master Storyteller: a strategic and creative thinker who can translate complex concepts, such as crypto, into simple, emotionally resonant stories that connect with people.
  • Cross-Functional Glue: exceptional experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams, especially creative, performance marketing, and product marketing.
  • Brief Writing Excellence: you can write a brilliant brief.
  • Data-Informed: comfortable with brand tracking studies, market research methodologies, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Project Management Excellence: outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Bilingual: full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish required.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese is a strong plus.
  • Customer-Obsessed: deep empathy for the customer and driven to build a brand that truly serves their needs and earns their trust.

  • Experience working in a fast-growing tech, fintech, or financial services company.
  • Direct experience in or a deep personal passion for the cryptocurrency industry.
  • Experience launching brands or major campaigns in key Latin American markets.
