Job summary

Clarios is seeking a detail-oriented student to support new product introductions and commercial operations. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage product data in SAP and MFG systems, and ensure timely delivery of products to retail customers.

This role offers exposure to supplier coordination, order fulfillment, and data accuracy across internal systems. English proficiency is preferred and Excel skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• English proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across multiple departments to facilitate the creation and launch of new part numbers.
• Track project milestones and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of activities.
• Support communication between commercial, operations, supply chain, and external partners.
• Maintain and update product information in SAP and manufacturing systems (MFG).
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness for new product records and updates.
• Assist with administrative processes related to product launches.
• Coordinate suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products to retail customers.
• Monitor and track orders through SAP.
• Follow up on order status, delivery timelines, and resolution of potential issues.
