Formación

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
  • Associate's degree and 4+ years of related work experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of related work experience.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop timelines with agencies and internal teams.
  • Conduct desktop research and support brand audits.
  • Support content development for brand communications.
  • Report to the Snapdragon/Qualcomm IoT Brand Manager.
  • Administer support of the Brand Portal and Digital Assets.
  • Manage logistics for meetings and provide support.
  • General support across functions of the Brand team.

Conocimientos

Advanced communication skills in English
Solid PowerPoint skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Some experience with Adobe Suite

Job Functions
  • Project Management: Develop timelines with agencies and internal teams, adapting to varying brand project loads.
  • Research and Audits: Conduct desktop research and support brand audits to inform strategic brand decisions.
  • Brand communications: Support the development of engaging content for the Brand team updates, trainings, newsletters and other outgoing communications.
  • Reporting: Report directly into the Snapdragon / Qualcomm IoT Brand Manager while offering support to the greater brand team needs.
  • Digital Asset Management: Administration support of the Brand Portal and management and posting of Digital Assets.
  • Meeting Coordination: Manage logistics and provide comprehensive support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Team Support: Provide general support across functions of the Brand team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Language Skills: Advanced communication skills in English.
  • Software Proficiency: Solid PowerPoint skills, proficient in all other Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Some experience with Adobe Suite (Creative Cloud, Illustrator, InDesign, Workfront) is advantageous.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business and / or Marketing.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
  • Associate's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
  • Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
