Thomson Reuters México seeks an Marketing Operations Agent to support marketing automation campaigns and operational workflows using Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce CRM. You will manage audience segmentation, emails, landing pages, forms, and tracking while ensuring data quality and campaign effectiveness.

You will collaborate with digital strategists, analysts, marketers, and events teams to optimize performance, run A/B tests, and implement best practices across marketing technology processes.

Formación

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven proficiency using Oracle Eloqua for marketing automation.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience managing complex campaigns.
• Experience in a process-driven environment with opportunities for improvement.
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven recommendations.
• Strong attention to data accuracy and campaign quality.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Design, deploy, and optimize marketing automation workflows using Oracle Eloqua.
• Support delivery of email campaigns, landing pages, forms, segmentation, and personalization.
• Maintain data quality, audience segmentation, and consent management.
• Perform QA across emails, landing pages, forms, tracking, and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with digital strategists, analysts, marketers, and events teams.
• Analyze campaign performance and propose improvements based on data.
