Una empresa líder en el sector salud en Ciudad de México busca un profesional en Finanzas con sólida experiencia. El candidato ideal debe poseer una licenciatura en Finanzas y tener al menos 4 años de experiencia laboral relevante. Se requiere fluidez en español e inglés, además de habilidades avanzadas en Excel y PowerPoint. El trabajo implica realizar análisis financieros, liderar presentaciones a la alta dirección y asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas. Se ofrece un ambiente colaborativo y dinámico.

Formación

• 4 años de experiencia laboral relevante en Finanzas.

Responsabilidades

• Revisar actividades del proceso de planificación anual y actualizaciones trimestrales.
• Preparar análisis para monitorear y reportar el rendimiento financiero.
• Proporcionar liderazgo y presentaciones a la alta dirección.

Responsibilities

• Review activities associated with the annual business planning process, quarterly updates and advise management
• Prepare analysis used to monitor, forecast and report rate of return, working capital, investments, and financial comparisons
• Provide leadership among teams, presentations to finance and functional senior management
• Ensure personal and company compliance with company regulations, policies and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance
• Prepare monthly closings to assure fair presentation of operating results by monitoring expense commitments
• Challenge business assumptions, developing alternative scenarios and educating business partners on financial concepts
• Support the closing process for MedTech Mexico, ensuring detailed variance analysis versus forecast, budget, and prior periods.
• Provide business insights behind financial performance, redefining results into actionable insights for commercial and functional leaders.
• Ensure accurate reporting in Anaplan, AFO and BRAVO systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering and other related careers
• Encouraged to have 4 Years of relevant work experience in Finance
• Fluent in both Spanish and English

• Possess strong business sense and ability to identify business drivers behind financial numbers
• Outstanding analytical, problem solving and financial modeling skills with the ability to analyze and assimilate data for critical business decision in timely manner
• Identify and articulate ways to pursue and manage informed risks in ambiguous or uncertain situations based on sound value propositions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with cross functional teams and form relationships
• Proficiency on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must. Use of Power BI is preferred.
