Honeywell in Mexico is seeking a Mfg Support Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing support team and ensure efficient production processes. You will lead a team, optimize operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while upholding quality and safety standards.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 4+ years in manufacturing, 2+ years in leadership, and strong SAP proficiency, with experience in Lean/Six Sigma methods and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of proven leadership experience in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency with SAP.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and issue resolution.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing tools and systems relevant to production support.
• Ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive process improvements.
