A leading manufacturing company located in Xico, Veracruz is seeking a Production Manager to lead the production team in achieving objectives related to quality and safety. Responsibilities include developing continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of production, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a background in engineering. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience required.
• Demonstrated excellent employee and customer relations.
• Previous experience coordinating efforts with other areas to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the production team to achieve objectives of main indicators.
• Develop and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely delivery of production and quality.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
