Vishay Israel is seeking a manufacturing professional in Ciudad Juárez to ensure adherence to production plans and line outputs, supervise front-end processes, and optimize resource use. The role includes coordinating budgeting, monitoring costs, and ensuring safety and quality compliance on the shop floor.

Responsibilities cover wafer/component preparation, process execution per specs, basic machine setup, and potential CNC programming support, with leadership of operators and collaboration

Responsabilités

• Ensuring compliance with production plans and production line outputs.
• Adhering to internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS).
• Planning the unit's budget, allocating resources and keeping manufacturing costs as planned.
• Executing, supervising or managing manufacturing front-end processes according to specified procedures.
• Preparing wafers, components or semi-products and monitoring related stock.
• Processing components or semi-products/products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Performing basic machine-related setup and/or CNC/SPS-programming, if required; cooperating with maintenance technicians and external service providers in repair issues.
• Leads focused team or work group members, and instructs operators to execute work, when appropriate.
• Closely supervise process execution, and all resources and personnel employed.
• Initiates immediate problem solving (according to existing rules or patterns) in case of any dysfunctionality in process.
