Vishay Intertechnology in Mexico is seeking a manufacturing operator to support production planning, monitor line outputs and ensure adherence to safety rules and internal instructions. The role focuses on efficient front-end processes and cost-conscious resource use.

You will work with maintenance and external service providers, perform basic machine setup or CNC programming as needed, and report issues to supervisors. The company offers global opportunities and a collaborative culture.

Responsabilidades

• Preparation of wafers, components or semi-products and monitors related hand-stock.
• Processing components or semi-products/products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Performing basic machine-related setup and/or CNC / SPS-programming, if required.
• Cooperating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues.
