Dsv Air & Sea SAU seeks a Senior Manager – Inventory Management Solutions (IMS) to lead the technology strategy, transformation, and ownership of IMS solutions within Global IT. This role partners with IMS leadership to align business needs with enterprise technology across Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Inventory Management, and Master Data Management.

You will build the IMS IT organization, drive architecture and integrations, manage vendors and risks, and enable scalable data governance

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Eng, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Extensive experience with enterprise applications and integration.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into tech.
• Knowledge of SAP ecosystems and integrations.
• Experience with Coupa or similar procurement platforms.
• 10+ years in ERP, IT transformation, or Supply Chain tech.
• Proven leadership in global enterprise environments.
• Experience managing teams, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience across Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory Management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integrations and architecture.

Manager, Inventory Management Solutions (IMS)

We are looking for a (Senior) Manager – Inventory Management Solutions (IMS) to lead the technology strategy, transformation, and operational ownership of IMS solutions within Global IT. This role acts as the strategic technology partner to IMS business leadership, connecting business needs with enterprise technology solutions across Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Inventory Management, and Master Data Management. It combines organizational build‑up, transformation leadership, application ownership, and service delivery to establish a scalable technology foundation supporting future IMS growth and business ambitions.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Define and execute the IMS technology roadmap and transformation strategy.
• Lead enterprise application initiatives across inventory management, procurement, finance, planning, and master data processes.
• Drive application modernization, integration improvements, and technology standardization.
• Ensure scalable and secure integrations between enterprise platforms using APIs, EDI, ESB, and cloud technologies.
• Partner with business leaders to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Build and develop the IMS IT organization, including team structure, governance, and operating processes.
• Manage strategic vendors, technology investments, risks, and delivery performance.
• Promote data governance, master data management, and analytics capabilities across IMS solutions.

Education and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Strong technology background with experience in enterprise applications, solution architecture, integrations, data flows, and complex transformation programs.
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into technology solutions and navigate a large global enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of SAP ecosystems and integrations.
• Experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa or similar solutions.
• Understanding of Supply Chain processes, including inventory, procurement, finance, and planning.
• Experience with integration technologies: APIs, EDI, ESB, middleware, and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Data Governance, Master Data Management, and analytics solutions is desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Applications, ERP programs, IT transformation, or Supply Chain Technology.
• Proven experience leading complex technology environments and global stakeholders.
• Experience managing teams, vendors, consultants, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience supporting end-to-end business processes across Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and Inventory Management.
• Strong understanding of application architecture and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to combine strategic leadership with strong technical understanding.
