International organization is looking for an HR Manager with following profile : Objective : Execute and operationalize the HR strategy for Mexico by leading and overseeing HR delivery across all regions and business units, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regional / global HR frameworks, and providing direction, guidance, and operational oversight to regional HR teams, corporate HRBPs, personnel administration, and learning & development to drive consistent implementation of talent, culture, performance, compliance, and HR operations while enabling leaders and HR teams to deliver a high-quality, compliant, and impactful employee experience that strengthens organizational capability and supports business growth.
Lead the HR execution & operationalization strategy across Mexico ensuring full alignment with business priorities, corporate guidelines, and legal requirements while acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
Coordinate the effective execution of talent processes—including recruitment, mobility, workforce planning, succession, performance, development, trining—to strengthen organizational capabilities and meet short- and long-term business needs.
Ensure efficient, accurate, and timely execution of HR administrative processes—including employee movements, contracts, records, operational indicators, internal controls, and payroll support—maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Manage talent acquisition strategies for corporate roles, field operations, and technical positions, ensuring workforce planning is aligned with current and future business needs.
Coach and advise business leaders on organizational design, talent reviews, workforce decisions, succession planning, leadership capability, and employee performance to support talent development and internal mobility.
Implement culture, engagement, DEI, and wellbeing initiatives that strengthen employee experience, workplace climate, and retention across all sites and operations in Mexico.
Ensure the correct application of labor policies, legal requirements, audits, and compliance processes to ensure healthy labor relations and mitigate legal and operational risks in all business units.
Ensure the effective deployment of technical, operational, leadership, and corporate training programs, working closely with the Learning & Development function to meet local needs and strengthen organizational performance.
Partner with Compensation & Benefits teams to manage annual salary review cycles, incentive programs, benefits administration, and ensure competitive and equitable practices across the country.
