YOUR TASKS
Responsibilities

We’re seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Data Quality team. This is a unique opportunity to establish data governance standards and practices from the ground up. You’ll create the framework that aligns with the overall vision, lead a team of data quality professionals, and partner across the organization to ensure data integrity across all business‑critical systems. Your key responsibilities are:

  • Design and implement our company‑wide data quality governance framework, policies, and standards
  • Establish data quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to measure and communicate data health across the organization
  • Create and maintain data quality documentation, including data dictionaries, lineage maps, and quality rules
  • Develop processes for data quality issue identification, escalation, and resolution
  • Foster a culture of data stewardship and accountability across the organization
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to prioritize data quality initiatives
  • Own data quality across the Lead‑to‑Cash business process, ensuring accuracy and completeness from initial lead capture through revenue recognition
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to understand data requirements and implement quality controls
  • Conduct regular data audits and assessments of CRM, ERP, and Marketing Automation platforms
  • Design and implement automated data validation rules, cleansing processes, and quality monitoring tools within business‑critical systems
  • Partner with business enablement and GTM operations teams to train business users on data entry standards, quality expectations, and proper system usage
  • Support data migration projects and system implementations with quality validation
YOUR PROFILE
Required Experience
  • 4‑6 years of professional experience in data management, data quality, or related fields
  • 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience implementing enterprise‑wide data quality programs
  • Proven track record building data quality programs from scratch in fast‑paced environments
  • Deep expertise with the Lead‑to‑Cash business process and associated data flows
  • Extensive experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), ERP systems, and Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua)
  • 2+ years of people‑management experience
  • Experience in SaaS or high‑growth technology companies
Technical Skills
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools
  • Experience with data quality and data governance tools and platforms
  • Understanding of data integration patterns and ETL/ELT processes
  • Familiarity with data modeling concepts and master data management principles
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements
Soft Skills
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills across all organizational levels
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capabilities
  • Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Change management experience and ability to drive adoption of new processes
