A global manufacturer is looking for a Manager - Category Strategy to manage product development and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in New Product Development and a background in Industrial Design Engineering. Responsibilities include executing the New Product Schedule, implementing marketing strategies, and collaborating across team functions. Accountable for executing the New Product Schedule utilizing cross-functional resources and the NPD process. Responsible for implementing the marketing program focusing sales activities like promotions and new product roll out. He/she is also to work closely with all Kohler Global regional product marketing and sales team to achieve the objectives.
