You will perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability, safety and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment. Formación

• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals and maintenance documentation.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures to restore operation and reduce downtime.
• Support equipment installations, adjustments, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures and maintain accurate maintenance records.

What is your role?

As a Maintenance Technician, you will support manufacturing operations by performing maintenance activities that ensure equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency. This role is key to minimizing downtime, troubleshooting equipment issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced production environment.

Major responsibilities and tasks

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production equipment and systems.

• Support equipment installations, adjustments, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing performance.

What do you need to have?

• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
