Se requiere título técnico y al menos 5 años de experiencia en mantenimiento industrial; conocimiento de sistemas mecánicos, eléctricos, neumáticos e hidráulicos, lectura de planos y buenas

Qualifications

• Técnico titulado o equivalente es requisito.
• 5+ años de experiencia en mantenimiento industrial en entorno de manufactura.
• Conocimiento de sistemas mecánicos, eléctricos, neumáticos e hidráulicos.
• Capacidad para leer planos, manuales y documentación de mantenimiento.
• Enfoque en trabajo en equipo, responsabilidad y mejora continua.
• El dominio del inglés es una ventaja.

Responsibilities

• Realiza actividades de mantenimiento para asegurar la confiabilidad de los equipos en planta.
• Contribuye a reducir tiempos de inactividad mediante resolución de fallas y mejoras.
• Participa en iniciativas de mejora de procesos e eficiencia.
• Elabora informes de estado escritos y orales de forma regular.
• Capacita al personal nuevo siguiendo SOPs y procedimientos.

What is your role?

As a Maintenance Technician Band you will support manufacturing operations by performing maintenance activities that ensure equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency. This role is key to minimizing downtime, troubleshooting equipment issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced production environment.

Major Responsibilities And Tasks

• Performs technical duties and activities within prescribed time frames
• Participates in projects to improve overall process and technical efficiency
• Trains new personnel to standard operating procedures
• Maintains and ensures confidentiality of information/ materials
• Takes initiative to identify and propose remedies to problems
• Gives periodic status reports in written and verbal formats
• Interacts with others at same level, and one level above, to ensure continuity and efficiency

What do you need to have?

• Technical degree.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance documentation.
• Teamwork, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• English knowledge is a plus.
