Valmont Industries, Inc. in Nuevo León is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and facilities, including hydraulic machines, presses, shears, cranes, welders and drive trains.

No degree is required, 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred, and you will contribute to reliability and uptime across the facility. This on-site role offers hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Performs preventative maintenance & repairs on all plant equipment and facilities including hydraulic machines, presses, shears, cranes, welders, mechanical clutches, drive trains, etc. Repairs worn parts, straightens and fabricates fixtures. Makes new installation of equipment and performs major repairs/replacements. No Degree, 1-3 years of experience.
