A leading automotive supplier is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its Monterrey location. In this role, you will lead maintenance activities, ensuring reliability of plant equipment, performing downtime analysis, and managing the preventive maintenance program. Candidates should have a degree in Mechatronics or related engineering field, with at least 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance and knowledge of TPM. This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment in the automotive sector.

Formación

  • 3 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Experience with spare parts inventory management.
  • Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
  • Personnel management experience.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead maintenance activities and ensure reliability of plant equipment.
  • Perform machine and UAP downtime analysis.
  • Issue monthly reports on plant downtime indicators.
  • Manage preventive maintenance program and update weekly.
  • Generate standard maintenance work procedures.
  • Coordinate weekly TPM meetings and train personnel.

Mission, Roles and Responsibilities

Leading maintenance activities and ensuring the reliability of plant equipment.

  • Machine and UAP downtime analysis
  • Labor analysis by Maintenance Technician
  • Weekly analysis of plant downtime indicator; issuance of monthly reports
  • Preventive Maintenance program; weekly updates
  • Analysis of preventive maintenance
  • Issuance of weekly and monthly preventive maintenance routines; PM software administration
  • Generation of standard maintenance work procedures
  • Coordination of the weekly TPM meeting; training of personnel in TPM and preventive maintenance topics; maintenance of extraction systems
Your Profile and Competencies to Succeed
  • Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical or related engineering
  • 3 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance
  • Maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic and welding equipment
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Industrial Maintenance and TPM
  • Spare parts inventory management
  • Personnel management
  • Siemens PLC; Allen Bradley PLC; ABB; KUKA; FANUC robot knowledge
  • VDA 6.1 Quality Systems or similar IATF
  • ISO quality systems
