A global adhesives company in Monterrey is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations at a high-volume production facility. The ideal candidate will lead a team, manage maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with safety standards. A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and proven leadership experience are required. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations at a high-volume production facility. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a maintenance team of mechanics and electricians
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to reduce downtime
  • Manage KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE; drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain and optimize the site’s maintenance management system (CMMS)
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA regulations, and environmental standards
  • Coordinate contractors and infrastructure projects; manage related budgets and contracts
  • Support production with technical troubleshooting and emergency response
  • Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and quality teams on installations and upgrades
  • Maintain documentation including equipment schematics, P&IDs, and SOPs
  • Monitor spare parts inventory and CAPEX planning
Minimum Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Proven leadership and team supervision experience
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of maintenance KPIs and reliability-centered maintenance practices
  • Familiarity with safety protocols including LOTO, hot work, and working at heights
Preferred Requirements
  • 5+ years in a maintenance leadership role within manufacturing
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
