GM Silao is seeking a Maintenance Launch Engineer to drive installation, commissioning, validation, and launch of new manufacturing equipment and maintenance systems. You will work closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Controls, and IT to ensure equipment readiness and robust documentation for production launches.

The role requires problem-solving, data analysis, and hands-on capability in electrical, mechanical, and control systems, with a focus on reliability and efficiency

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• 1+ year in industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting manufacturing launches preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist installation, commissioning, validation, and launch of new equipment.
• Support equipment acceptance, validation testing, and production readiness reviews.
• Program, monitor, and modify PLC-controlled systems as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration.
• Develop maintenance strategies, job plans, and equipment documentation.
• Assist in procuring spare parts for launch readiness.
• Provide operator and maintenance training on new equipment.
