A leading agricultural equipment company in Nuevo León is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for planning and scheduling maintenance activities in a factory setting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, proficiency in SAP PM, and a strong understanding of maintenance procedures. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, supporting engineering efforts, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Main Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities, prioritize requests, and assign duties to skilled trades personnel in SAP.
  • Conduct feasibility testing and support the drafting of engineering standards and specifications.
  • Carry out inspections to evaluate the quality and integrity of installations, recommending remedial actions as needed.
  • Analyze information and specify methods, process steps, and equipment required to improve manufacturing or materials processes.
  • Coordinate and allocate repair and maintenance jobs, ensuring appropriate resource levels and timely completion.
  • Conduct complex analyses, quality tests, and inspections requiring independent judgment.
  • Develop and maintain process or technical skills through training and coaching.
  • Extract and analyze data for reporting and decision-making.
  • Create and maintain local document management systems for maintenance records.
  • Support product development and engineering activities, including data analysis and client situation assessments.
  • Resolve complex queries from internal/external customers or suppliers, referring to the most complex issues needed.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory codes.
  • Knowledge and application of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodology.
  • Proficiency in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module for creating, managing, and tracking maintenance work orders, preventive maintenance plans, and asset histories.

Education
