Valeo is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in San Luis Potosí to lead preventive maintenance planning, task standardization, and PM+ updates. You will train production teams, ensure documentation availability, and drive improvements to boost equipment reliability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage maintenance projects, and contribute to KPI improvements (TRP, MTTR, MTBF) while supporting SAP PM+ implementation and safety requirements.

Formación

• Experience in maintenance planning and execution.
• Ability to train shop floor on maintenance tasks.
• Familiarity with maintenance KPIs (TRP, MTTR, MTBF).

• Train production teams on proper preventive maintenance execution.
