A major automotive company in Silao is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to oversee maintenance and repair operations of plant equipment. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, advanced English proficiency, and 4 years of relevant experience. The role includes leading daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, and collaborating with teams. Suitable candidates will possess strong leadership and diagnostic skills. This position requires full-time onsite work with a 4x3 shift schedule.
Job Description
You will lead a team of salaried maintenance Group Leaders, overseeing the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities. You’ll ensure alignment with GM’s standard maintenance systems, drive continuous improvement through Global Manufacturing Systems (GMS), and promote a safe, compliant, and collaborative work environment.
On Site: This position requires working on site on a full-time basis.
Shift Schedule: 4x3 (100% on-site work)
