Formación

• Fluency in Spanish and English required to communicate effectively.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• 1 year of experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise In Room Dining and Gingers orders and service.
• Monitor service standards and product quality.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for operations.
• Oversee minibar operations and billing accuracy.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints.
• Maintain sales and inventory records.
• Support IRD Manager with reports and training.
