The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality and a strong understanding of market dynamics. Responsibilities include leading sales strategies, working closely with various departments, and engaging community relationships to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction. Previous experience in hotel openings is highly preferred, with bilingual skills in English and Spanish being a strong asset.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a DOSM in luxury hospitality environments.
