Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Guadalajara, Jalisco, for hybrid work. The role focuses on obtaining shipping information, tracking deliveries, and resolving shipping issues within the BPS area.

You will liaise with freight forwarders and respond to client inquiries to ensure smooth import activities. The position requires daily client interaction, adherence to SLAs/KPIs, and proactive communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics coordination and order shipping processes.
• Ability to track shipments and resolve shipping errors.
• Familiarity with import procedures and local regulations.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Obtain shipping info and doc set for each order.
• Stock availability and delivery creation for material.
• Inventory Analysis.
• Tracking and fixing shipping errors.
• Making special shipping arrangements as necessary.
• Work with our freight forwarder to ensure timely shipment clearance and delivery to customers or Warehouse.
• Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
• Material local purchasing.
• Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels.
• Administer day-to-day activities associated with imports in accordance with the existing procedures and business rules.

Wipro, a leading global information technology, consulting and business process services company is looking for your talent to join into one of our projects as an Logistics Coordinator.

This position belongs to the Business Process Solutions (BPS) area of the company.

Responsibilities

• Obtain shipping info and doc set for each order
• Stock availability and delivery creation for material
• Inventory Analysis
• Tracking and fixing shipping errors
• Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
• Work with our freight forwarder to insure timely shipment clearance and delivery to our customers or Warehouse
• Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
• Material local purchasing
• Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
• Administer day-to-day activities associated with imports in accordance with the existing procedures and business rules

Location:
Guadalajara, Jalisco.

Type of work:
Hybrid.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Salary:
$19,000 monthly.
