• Experience leading logistics operations in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to motivate team members and maintain a positive environment.
• Practical hands-on experience in temperature-controlled logistics.

Visión General

Understands the priorities and workload for the day.

Meet with team to align priorities and to do ´s.

Makes sure that activities are done within expected timeframes (product receipts, putaway, pick / pack, shipments.

Reviews urgencies / roadblocks.

Liases with Customer Services, Commercial and RAQA departments as needed.

Reviews metrics attainment and projects status.
