Citi is hiring a Loan Documentation and Processing professional to support the end-to-end loan lifecycle in a concentration of transactions and reconciliations. You will review and prepare loan documentation, resolve issues, and engage with external counterparties as needed.

The role focuses on building knowledge of loan processes, applying established procedures, and identifying opportunities to improve controls and efficiency within the team.

Formación

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in loan processing or documentation.
• Understanding of loan processes, procedures, products and services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Able to identify, mitigate, manage, resolve, and elevate risks and issues.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review loan documentation and support the loan process.
• Process and close loans in a complex operations environment, including cash transactions and reconciliations.
• Interact with external counterparties regarding balances and claims.
• Support an expansive set of products and services with risk and control focus.
• Follow procedures to identify and resolve problems related to loan documentation/processing.
• Make recommendations to management to support process improvements.
• Escalate inquiries related to loan processing and provide timely responses.
