FedEx Express México is seeking a Manager Sourcing & Procurement to lead enterprise-wide global sourcing initiatives and professional teams. The role focuses on strategy, system enablement, and delivering cost-effective solutions across multiple categories.

The candidate will manage complex negotiations, develop short- and long-term sourcing plans, and mentor professionals while aligning with corporate goals and AI-enabled opportunities.

Competenze

• Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in science / arts or equivalent in business analysis, strategic management, marketing, or other analytical field; degree in supply chain, logistics, finance, mathematics, or other quantitative discipline preferred.
• A related advanced degree may offset the experience requirements. Proven leadership experience.

Involves management responsibility for a team of people or a specific location(s) within the business. Management responsibilities include disciplinary action up to and including dismissal. This position manages and leads a team of professionals in support of enterprise-wide global sourcing initiatives.

Essential Functions

• Responsibilities include Corporate strategic planning, analysis, process/project management development, system support, creating and implementing the most effective short- and long-term global sourcing strategies, and managing complex negotiations with third parties.
• Responsible for creating long and short-term strategies that align with corporate goals and produce the most cost-effective solutions.
• Responsible for the development of professionals while creating an innovative and effective organization in support of Company goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in science / arts or equivalent in business analysis, strategic management, marketing, or other analytical field; degree in supply chain, logistics, finance, mathematics, or other quantitative discipline preferred.
• Minimum Experience Six (6) years professional business experience in analytical/quantitative sourcing activities across multiple complex categories, including program or project management roles. A related advanced degree may offset the experience requirements. Proven leadership experience.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• ServiceNow: Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow in a business, procurement, or enterprise technology environment.
• Oracle FCF: Experience working with Oracle FCF ( Fusion Cloud Procurement )and understanding its application within enterprise Source to Pay processes. Strong understanding of Source to Pay (S2P) processes. Experience with enterprise technology platforms and digital transformation programs. Ability to translate business requirements into technology priorities, system enhancements, and delivery plans. Experience managing technology roadmaps, prioritizing enhancements, and coordinating with IT delivery teams. Strong stakeholder management skills across business, Procurement, and Technology teams. Understanding of process improvement, automation, data analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled opportunities. Strong analytical skills, connecting system performance and process efficiency to measurable business outcomes. Experience leading a team of specialists and managing multiple workstreams.
