Jabil is seeking a Warehouse Associate to sort and clean soiled incoming medical devices and clean containers in a fast-paced production flow. You will inspect containers, operate bin washing equipment, and maintain cleaning logs and inventories.

Responsibilities include processing orders, handling supplies, assisting with customer service issues, and ensuring FIFO. Strong attention to documentation, safety, and teamwork is essential for success in this role.

Formación

• 0-1 years warehouse or similar experience.
• Prior experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
• Able to work with proprietary software systems including SAP and Critical Manufacturing is preferred.
• Able to understand and follow Work Instructions.
• Ability to read, write, count and understand English.
• Basic knowledge of FDA and ISO regulations preferred.
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Excellent hand and eye coordination/dexterity.
• Ability to learn quickly and to identify, logically analyze and solve work-related problems.
• Ability to learn overall understanding of process flow and resources within the organization.
• Ability to function independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain high work standards and concern for quality of work.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize ship and receive all available orders daily.
• Inspect medical device containers.
• Operate bin washing machinery.
• Maintain required paperwork (logs, inventories, RGAs, PO, spreadsheets).
• Handle requests for supplies.
• Assist in handling customer service issues including identifying returns.
• Identify devices currently processed and discard non-processed ones.
• Maintain FIFO and ensure traceability of jobs.
• Comply with safety measures (gowns, gloves, masks).
• Complete required documentation and status updates in computer systems.
• Train and assist other team members as needed.
• Support area cleanliness and shift-end sanitation.
