A leading industrial technology company in San Nicolás de los Garza is looking for a Lighting Control Designer to review project requirements and design tailored lighting control systems. This role involves collaboration with sales agents and customers, utilizing design software, and providing technical support. The position follows a hybrid work model with three days on-site and two days working from home, ideal for candidates with a Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering and strong CAD software experience.

Responsible for reviewing and interpreting project requirements from construction documents and specifications to design tailored lighting control systems. This role communicates effectively with sales agents and customers throughout all design stages, leverages visual design software to generate deliverables through the RFA process, proposes design modifications when appropriate, and produces the bill of materials, layouts, and submittals.
This position follows a hybrid work model, with three days on-site and two days working from home. The local office is located at the Apodaca Plant (Aeropuerto).
