Jabil in Tijuana, MX seeks an experienced professional to oversee production validation and support the Supervisor in prioritizing new products. The role requires collaboration with procurement, maintenance and quality teams to ensure efficient operations, cost control and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring production metrics, reducing defects, managing work flow, and ensuring proper stocking of supplies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations.
• Ability to analyze data and improve productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee production validation processes and assist in prioritizing new products.
• Coordinate production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control.
• Analyze reports to identify nonconformities and root causes.
