Job summary

DeAcero is seeking a Supply Chain Transformation Lead to drive process optimization, SAP enablement, and AI-powered improvements across warehousing, transportation, inventory, and procurement. You will bridge business and IT, map As-Is/To-Be processes, and lead change management in a 100% onsite Torre Malva setting.

The ideal candidate holds a related bachelor’s degree, strong English, and hands-on SAP EWM experience, plus a track record in process redesign and digital adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management or related fields.
• SAP EWM – Intermediate level.
• Requirements gathering and business analysis.
• Process design and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Practical use of AI tools for productivity, analysis, documentation, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery, documentation, analysis, and redesign initiatives across Supply Chain functions.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and business process assessments.
• Develop current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) process maps.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Support the development of business cases and transformation roadmaps.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
• Promote best practices and process standardization.
