Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in IT with at least 5 years in cloud and enterprise architecture.
• Proven experience designing large-scale cloud solutions and migrations.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms.
• Strong experience with TOGAF and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Expertise in microservices, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management in a remote setting.
• Certifications in cloud architecture are highly desirable.
• Fluency in Spanish; strong English is required.

About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking management consulting firm, is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Líder de Soluciones Cloud y Arquitectura Empresarial to join their fully remote team. This critical role involves designing and overseeing the implementation of scalable, robust cloud solutions and enterprise architectures that align with client business strategies. You will be responsible for guiding clients through their digital transformation journeys, focusing on cloud adoption, migration strategies, and establishing best practices for enterprise-wide technology architecture. We are looking for a technical leader with a proven track record in cloud technologies and enterprise architecture, capable of excelling in a remote-first environment and mentoring technical teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and articulate enterprise-wide cloud strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Design and architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP). Lead cloud migration efforts from on-premises environments to cloud platforms. Define and enforce enterprise architecture standards, principles, and guidelines. Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Evaluate and recommend cloud services, tools, and technologies. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to solution architects and engineering teams. Oversee the implementation and integration of various technology solutions within the enterprise architecture. Manage technical risks and ensure compliance with security and governance policies. Stay abreast of emerging cloud technologies and architectural trends, driving innovation.

Requirements

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years focused on cloud architecture and enterprise architecture. Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale cloud solutions and migrations. In-depth knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their services. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and methodologies. Expertise in microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire technical teams in a remote setting. Experience with various integration patterns and technologies. Certifications in cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly desirable. Proficiency in Spanish; strong command of English is required.
