Universal Scientific Industrial Co. is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead innovative electronics projects from concept to completion. You will oversee scope, timelines, resources and budgets while coordinating R&D, Quality, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 5+ years in electronics/manufacturing, and advanced English. You will drive risk mitigation, ensure timely delivery, and report to senior management in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Formación

5+ years of experience managing projects in electronics or manufacturing.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or similar).
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with product development and manufacturing processes.
Advanced English skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

Lead and manage end-to-end electronic product development projects.
Define project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain).
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
