Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, logistics, or industrial engineering with a focus on productivity.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory control, and logistics management.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in SAP APO and Oracle SCM, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map current supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance logistics, inventory management, and material flow.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Utilize data analytics tools to monitor supply chain performance and identify key trends.
• Optimize warehousing and transportation activities for maximum efficiency and cost savings.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring adherence to quality and delivery standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams on projects related to supply chain optimization and productivity enhancement.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics and reporting dashboards for supply chain operations.
