Placements24 is seeking a Technical Lead for Mobile Development in San Luis Potosí to guide a team of iOS and Android engineers. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality native apps, shaping architecture, code quality, and release processes while collaborating with product, design, and backend teams.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in mobile dev and at least 3 years in a leadership capacity, with strong skills in Swift/Obj-C or Kotlin/Java, and familiarity with React Native or Flutter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in mobile app development and 3+ years in leadership.
• Expert in native iOS (Swift/Obj-C) and/or native Android (Kotlin/Java).
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of iOS and Android developers.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of native mobile applications.
• Define and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define app features and requirements.
• Drive technical decision-making for mobile projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in mobile applications.
• Stay current with the latest mobile technologies, trends, and platform updates (iOS and Android).
• Manage the app release process and ensure smooth deployment to app stores.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
