Placements24 seeks an experienced Especialista en Desarrollo y Vinculación Comunitaria to lead community initiatives in Toluca, State of Mexico. You will build trust with residents, organizations, and authorities to design and implement impactful social programs.

You will assess needs, organize meetings, develop partnerships, monitor outcomes, and report on progress. The role requires strong communication, budgeting skills, and willingness to travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (Sociology, Social Work, Urban Planning, Public Administration).
• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in community development or social work.
• Strong engagement with diverse community groups and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement community development strategies and projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with community members and leaders.
• Conduct needs assessments and situational analyses.
• Organize community meetings, workshops, and participatory activities.
• Develop partnerships with local government, NGOs, and private sector.
• Monitor and evaluate progress and impact.
